Harashment Related as well as call disconnected by the customer care executive

Hi Team,

i would like to inform you that i have purchased a new connection of idea company or got a call from the varification department that a person who came on thursday 7-April'11 but he was not visited as per commited thats why still my connection is not working or i have raiserd many times of complaint but customer care executive didnt raise any complaint for the same and i have spoken with Ashwani who is the customer care executive was available on call have found twicely call disconnected the call and he was comepelety deny to escalated my call to supervisor for example i have called on idea customer care 2 to 3 days back earlier or spoken with the guy who was picked my call and i told him that Pls transffer my call to supervisors after that he gave me responce was "Sir, Our supervisors are not available or they are on break" now pls tell me how is it possible that no one supervisors was available on Customer care (thats is the Customer service provided by idea)
