We are having Reliance Landline Post Paid connection from last 2 years and having HUAWEI Make classic handset. From Last 4-5 months we are facing lot of problems regarding this. Battery not charging properly and we are not getting charger also in the market for this products.
Several times we have visited at Reliance webworld at Nigdi, Pimpri, Chinchwad but they are giuving us the false address of various service centres. They have no any solutions and they are saying that any where you can go, we have no option to solve your problems. They are saying us that this model is closed and you take anothjer connection. They are not giving us new handet with charge.they are not beheaving us properly. Reliance company is cheating with us
We are going here and there but our problems is not solved yet.
This number is of our company and we can not change this number.
What we do now? There is no ant idea in our mind.
