Amount was not debited in my account

Sir/madam,

This is to inform you that i am using uninor services since 1 year but this is happening with me first time and this is really very negative impression from your side and specially your quality of customer care department is really worst.

There are 2 main area of concern from my side

1. yesterday means on 30/ july i have done a recharge on my number from your online website with Rs 80 and from recharge online exclusive and i have got the message also, i m typing that message here: "THANK YOU FOR USING UNINOR ONLINE RECHARGE. YOUR TRANSACTION ID IS MICI2780604740 AND YOU HAVE RECHARGED WITH INR 80.00 " but the balance in my account is not credited till today and yesterday 2 times i called customer care but didn't got any response.

2. second area of concern is i have not asked for any VAS and other music services but by yourself you debited my balance from my account 30 rs and after deactivation of that till 3 days again and again amount was deducted by 1 rs per day.

please do check the quality of your services you are providing because this is only the word of mouth which do the marketing of your product and if the word of mouth will be negative then expect the condition of any company.

please take the action as soon as possible and i request to improve your customer care operators because these are the only people through whom general people can interact.
