Conversion from postpaid to prepaid, not done since long

I have requested a service from postpaid to prepaid at airtel office vashi, sector -17, I have submitted all the documents and pending bill on 9th of October. I again went there after 2 weeks, the person told me that it will get start on the nextday. But its not working till date. I have called the customer care -121, but the lady told me that she cannot check the status for the number which is converted from postpaid to prepaid. And the person at airtel service is not willing to pick up my phone even. Their attitude is worst.

Right now I am using a roaming number of vodafone. Can you tell me when I'll get my number up? If you people cannot do it then I want the money back of that sim and the roaming bills I am paying since last few days, just because of their stupid promises of 3days and 4 days.
