I got registered myself on Vodafone website for accessing my account details to manage the same, but inspite of getting user ID & password i was not able to access the account. When lodged complaint i was told within a day or two it will be solved.By then i have launched six complaints but problem still persists, it shows the attitude of the company towards its customer. Not siting any thing beyond commercial benefits.
I am switching over from Vodafone & request you all too do so.
