Sir,

I Ratna Thorat would like to make a complaint for Ashoka Travels on behalf of my sister Mrs. Laxmi Balasaheb Koli who had use this traveller bus from Mumbai to Jaysingpur on 21/11 at 10.00 pm. This bus met with an major accident on 22/11 morning around 5 am near Ashta (sangli) and the most irresponsibe thing they did was not hospitalizing the injured and shifted them to another bus that they will be hospitalised. The another bus inspite of hospitalising left the passengers at their destination. My sister an uneducated person was not knowing what to do so she went to her destination and did the treatment, she had stiches on her hand and is shocked status. After 2 days she called and reported us about the incident. When we tried to contact the agency they said traveller is not picking up the call and they tried to pay us for the mishappen.

Sir this is not the case of money neither we are looking for any kind of compensation. We only want this people should be made to learn the lesson of responsibilty. In future we do need to travel but if no one will raise a voice this people will keep repeating causing risk to passengers life. Sir please look in to the matter. My number is 9702951631
