I sent my two holiday booking vouchers along with 2 demand drafts for Rs. 750 and Photo ID as is required. I sent the vouchers by First Flight Couriers on the 8th of November and the same was delivered to their address on the 9th November at 10.30 am as per the proof of delivery. I had no response from them end till the 21th of November. I was calling their call center frantically from the 21st to the 28th November the call would be answered by a automated voice response system stating that all their executives are busy and the disconnect after a few minutes. Finally I was able to speak to one of the executives on the 28th of November and after informing her about the booking ID she said to kindly send scanned copies of the consignment note and the proof of delivery
Then I sent them a mail with scanned a copy of the consignment note, a copy of the web tracking of the shipment and a copy of the two booking
requests forwarded to them. A week after send them this mail I am yet to receive a response.
A net search for the book ur holidays of bag it today reveals that there are a plethora of complaints pending against them. And recently they have changed their address which they don't reveal to anyone.
My booking vouchers shall expire on the 29th of December and I am now beginning to believe that this company would not offer us the holidays on the voucher then they should refund us the money back.
