Wrong routes pass given

I have renew me and my wifes bus pass, and i also told to operator that change both of us bus routes.

but operator only change my routes from sahakar nagar to banganga stop and my wife pass remain without change routes, it is remain chembur naka to banganga. We are both work in same office, but because of operator mistake she have to go another way and i have to go another way. And there is no any system to make correction in the mistake. And now we have to go different routs becuase of operator mistake. So make system that whtever mistake happen that can be change. plzzzzz suggest something for this, if operator doing mistake we have to suffe
