Refund of amount for non booked ticket by IRCTC

Dear Sir,

I had booked rail ticket from Patna to Nagpur by Debit card of SBI on dated 02/01 from my S/B A/c No. 30453908569. An amount Rs.818.00 has been deducted but neither I received the Rail Ticket nor I get the refund in my S/B A/c.

Therefore I request that the said amount kindly be get refunded.
