I have cancelled tickets through irctc but still not got my money refunded. Details are given below

Pnr Number: 1249403805 Transaction ID: 0307816537 Amt: 382/-

Pnr Number: 4229205623 Transaction ID: 0342388987 Amt: 254/-

These are the two tickets for which i have not recieved the refund amt.
