Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have taken a package tour from your club 7 office Saltlake Sector 1 branch to Nepal last week (14 to 17 Oct). As required by the executive Mr. Shantanu Majumder, I have deposited Rs.37, 953/- for four days tour. I am sorry to inform you that I had a worst experience in my Trip.
There is lack of professionalism and huge miscommunication by your executive and your Nepal counter part which landed us in total mess in an unknown country.
In our itinerary it was mentioned about Delux accommodation and airport transfers. They have accommodated us in a low grade guest house in Kathmandu. Airport transfer was not arranged in Pokhra and our extreme disappointment was there was no hotel booking in our name. We had managed our own accommodation by paying extra charges.
I seek your attention and action in this regards.
