Dear Sir,
I have received call from Club Leisure, New Delhi regarding offering Free card and some vouchers for Travelling domestic worth Rs. 8000 and International worth Rs. 11000 free of cost and Polo wrist watch. The executive never mention the cost for the same. He spoke that it is free of cost. He connected the line and told me to register credit card number etc. After they have committed that they will deliver all above mentioned things in a 15 days time, I have received the message regarding transaction of Rs.5509/- debited through my HDFC Bank credit card. But till now nothing has been delivered from the company's side.
How one can connect and make on line transactions over phone directly. Club Leisure has cheated me. Kindly look into it. How can I get my money back?
