No service against huge payments

I am facing a lot of problems in booking holidays with Club Mahindra. Either the accomodation is not available on the selected dates or they are available in broken dates viz 22 Feb and 25 Feb, which makes it practically impossible to book an accomodation. This problem is being faced my many other members of the club. Browse through the link below

When the marketing representative of CM had come, he had assured me that we get accomodation even on one day notice but just for safety we shall call 15 days in advance. However, even where I tried to book the accomodation 40-45 days in advance then also the accomodations was not available.

When we call the reservations of CM, we are told that we have to plan our trip 8-12 months in advance, which is also practically not possible.

Despite the above, i was assured by their sales representative (Mahesh Chavda - 98708 82918) that he would try to book an accomodation and for that he would respond within 48 hours. It has been more than 15-17 days now, I have still not received any response.

Request you to take them to court as it is nothing but a mis-representation of facts and a fraud.
