No Refund after Fraudulent Information

Hi...

My husband and I had purchased a Club Mahindra membership (1829999) on 4th April. We were lied to by the sales person, Mr Joy from the Andheri office who told us that we could book new year holidays in goa 3 months in advance. However, a chance call to the call centre made us realize the truth that the same period comes under ''purple'' segement, something he had conveniently forgotten to mention to us and we could book only 15 days in advance. His manager, Mr Asraf Khan also told us that our 10% downpayment will not be returned...

Our subsequent interactions with them were also very dissapointing as they kept stalling for time when we asked a refund of our downpayment of 10%. I keep getting excuses like ''we were in a whole day training'' or ''our systems are down'' from MADU D who is supposedly of the customer cell.

Please help. This is getting very very harrassing.
