I Had taken my premium red holiday membership with club mahindra, as i was getting married & had planned to take a holiday membership. After making an advance payment of Rs 36000/-Balance in EMI) I was immediately confirmed a holiday for 5Nt/6D which i planned to use for my honeymoon. I made payment on verbal committment from Mr Shrivastav (Club Mahindra Sales executive) who promised was promising the world to me. But This bunch of bogus people including Ms Jyoti (Customer Relations) who had no sense to behave with their clients gave me a month's severe hard time. All my honeymoon plan got spoilt as i believed their committments & diidnt book any other property forehand, as a result all the good 5 star properties were not available for me & i had to settle for lower class hotels for the most important phase of my life (Honeymoon). In the end i had to cancell my membership & these untrustworthy people refunded my advance after 30 Days.

I suggest please dont go for club mahindra membership.
