COUNTRY CLUB contacted me and my husband to offer us a free gift voucher which included a stay in their chain of selected hotels across the country. However, when we opened the website to actually book our stay, the place that we had chosen from their list was unavailable. More so, the time that they had told us the voucher would be valid was also incorrect. When we tried contacting them through email (twice), there was no response whatsoever! If they offer fake holiday vouchers and waste people's time then serious action should be taken against them. MRS. A. Bera.
