Sir, I have booked my honeymoon trip to Kerala through the travel agency "Dream Destinations". The return ticket from Calicut to Chennai is what comes under scan. The e-ticket slip was given to me

by Mr. Muthukumar of the company on 28/2 which is not a confirmed one (PNR 4338882955, TRAIN NO. 12686, CHENNAI EXPRESS). I insisted that he give me only confirmed tickets only. He

promised that he would check the status of the ticket till 3/2 (date of journey from calicut to chennai) morning, if still not confirmed, then he would cancel and arrange for confirmed tickets in another

train. On that day when I checked the status it was RS1, 63 for both the passengers. This is a RAC which confirms only one berth. I contacted Mr. Muthukumar and told him to cancel it and get only

confirmed tickets from another train. He just evaded me and slipped from the scenario. I was so upset and had no other option than to take the train without getting berth facility. This caused difficulty upon

the journey and severe mental agony. I was appalled by the poor service offered by "Dream Destinations" and their cheating nature. Hence I request you to take appropriate action and award me refund

of the ticket amount rs.598 along with compensation for mental agony experienced by us. Thanking you!
