I was not satisfied with the attitude of the Customer care department and immediately tried to get the refund of Rs 60000 from Country Vacations.
The false promises that were made were not kept and there were lot of hidden charges.
Then I met Mr Srinivas Gupts, customer care head for Country Vacations in Hyderabad and he promised me that my annual charges would be waived off for 3 years and directed me to Mr Yusuf to handle the case. After few approvals he confirmed me verbally that it was done and i was told that it will be automatically updated in my online account.
After a year has passed, i was surprised to get a call from Country Vacations asking for annual charges and now i am not being able to reach anyone of them. Ths is leading to immense mental harassment and I would like an enitre refund of the amount.
