I bought a travel voucher for Khanvel resort for Rs 4999/-. The hotel refused to server the voucher as I was requesting it for a weekend.
DnY DID NOT mention any such restriction in their terms and conditions usually attached to any service voucher.
Repeated emails elicit no response. They gave me a ticket no (#16473 and #45374) but still nothing has been done so far. I initiated the email thread with them on Jan-14
The only response from DnY is :
"We have forwarded your concern to the relevant department, they will look into this matter and will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible."
