I ujjwal patidar book a room in " The Himalayan Regency" hotel in manali from Himgiri Tour & travels at chandigarh. This agent give a package of four days and three night package in the same hotel which includes bed tea, breakfast and dinner and visit local sites, manikaran temple and rohtang pass (total ten places will be vistied by the hotel managment) hotel arragment at the cost of Rs 11, 000/- (eleven thousand only). But the same package provide by the hotel at the cost of max Rs 6000/- (six thousand onlu). On the other hand agent commit us that the hotel managemnent will sent as to vist rohtang pass but the road for rohtang pass is closed and will be open in the month of may ach year and the hotel management fail to sent us to visit ten place we only visit two place ie manikaran and solang valley.
