Holiday Anytime should never be used for their services. They are incompetent and not trustworthy. Flights not booked until the very last minute only when you call them many times to make the bookings. When making travel arrangements we choose 4 star hotels and paid in cash for the full amount quoted. When we reached India company changed some hotels and booked 0 star and 3 star hotels. When we asked why they said they could not get any other hotels... Why not.. they only booked these hotels a few days prior to us reaching the destination so how would they get places in the promised hotels. We have been expected to check each and every hotel during our trip for which star they are and then ask them to change if we don't approve. This is being booked and changed only on day of arrival at the hotel or the day before even when we have requested changes weeks before. On top of that How can we check when we are on holidays and moving around. This is their job to make sure the hotels are at the standard we requested and paid for. Not only have they been placing us in 0 star hotels they have not been paying the drivers or the hotels. We are then required to wait for payments to be processed by them at check out. This only happens after >10 calls the company from us and the hotel. We waste > 2-3 hrs on average at check out for payments. Waste of time. We came on holidays not arrange travel, otherwise we would have done our booking ourselves. They have also lied to us several times telling us that the hotels booked are at 4 star and then when I check trip advisor it's a 3 star. They simply have contact phone numbers that don't seem to work, we have to speak with 5 different staff members to just request 4 star hotels. Never ever had such a bad experience in my life. I have travelled the world and never had such a terrible travel experience. Pathetic people with no service.
