On the 1st of october for 2nd october at arma court bandra. When i arrived they said no entry for unmarried couples. so i said its ok but why was it not mentioned online while i was making the payment when i specifically selected 2 adults. and after all this they even refused a refund telling me that i should understand these terms and conditions before booking, and when i asked why was it not mentioned in terms and conditions, they reply its understood and everyone knows it.
what sort of a reply is that? the online payment gateway does not respond to emails, bank cannot stop the transaction since the payment has gone through and they will not issue refund, this is clearly the best scam ever, u make a payment, they take the money, make up their own terms and conditions, refuse admission and refuse a refund. this is stealing and cheating in a very clear way.
the terms and conditions issued online

now clearly if i do intend to make a cancellation i wouldn't arrive on the date of booking and ask them to cancel, they cancel on any ground not mentioned and take the money saying no refund, the booking was made a day before the arrival anyway.
