Sir we have booked package for amarnath yatra 2012 from http://www.amarnathjiyatra.com/(a group of ambraoleia hospitality pvt ltd). from this company we have booked pacakge tour for 12 persons. on this site diferent packages was available from this we booked three star categaory 4 night and 5 days package by paying 19000/-per persons.as per package they have to provide three star categaory hotels, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, tempo travaller for 12 persons in good condition, and sightseen on srinagar, gulmarg, sonmarg and pahelgam. but throuout this tour they were provide general category hotles, not provide breakfast, lunch and dinner n also not provided said promised service. they were provide veryy bad service throughout tours. also from 12 tickets we have cancel 2 tickets beefore 3 days but not refund any amount. before booking they told to me if ticket was cancel before 2 days they wil refund 75% amount from package price but now they cheat and not refund any amount.
