Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to PNR No 2543945348 from New delhi to Dhanbad on 15th Jan.
The train no. 12382 was delay by more then 12 hrs on 15th Jan and i have not traveled on this PNR and filled the TDR on 15th Jan to get my booking amount back.
Still in refund status it is showing "Refund under process" and date not available.
As promised and by rule of IRCTC after filing the TDR you get the refund with in 90 days.
But in my case it has been more then 180 days. still i get email from IRCTC that refund is in progress.
Please, take necessary action to resolve this issue.
