I booked a ticket aganst PNR No- 6248610561 journy date 23/10 & the train was late by more then 4 hours as per rule I filed TDR as under :

Refund Status: Refund under Process Refund Date: Not Available Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

Till today I have not received any refund against this PNR
