I have booked a ticket on 12.10.2011 from irctc.co.in bearing PNR no 2427396719, trans id 0402900963 for Kalinga Utkal exp (18478) from Kharagpur to Sambalpur, journey date 14.10.2011. The status was confirmed (seat no S9-43). The train was diverted and did not come to Kharagpur on 14.10.2011 (scheduled to arrive at 11.15 PM). Thus I did not travel in my booked ticket. I request the authority to refund my amount (Rs 171.00, SBI bank) through the refund process as in protocol.
