Eimbursement for airticket

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that, I had booked ait ticket for Dr

B.Leelavathy on 16/10, for date 28/10 and 30th. I had given her mobile

no.09448169982 and [email protected]

But till next day, i.e.on 17th, when Dr had not recieved any sms and

mail, I had call in customer care. As per them, because of some

error, your ticket is not booked and your money will be refunded in 2

days, but in creadit card statement which, I have recieved

on 24th/nov/10, sill that amount was showing.

So kindly lookinto it and do the needfull.
