Air ticket not booked and money has charged

I have tried to book air ticket on 3rd Novenber 2010 from dibrugarah to delhi through www.cleartrip.com but ticket is not booked and they have charged money. I contacted so many times of customer care of cleartrip but they always saying to me that we are checking. Still they have not refund the money, my ticket amount was Rs, 9714/- my Trip ID is1011039135 and i used debit card of BANK UNION BANK OF INDIA, JAMSHEDP.

Please help me
