REFUND DELAY

Dear sir,

I filled tdr on date11-02 for the reason of travelled with out proper ID proof. But till date (25/06) my tdr status is FORWARDED TO RAILWAY. when refund will be done. Let me know really such huge time period is need for the process.

Kindly clarify when my tdr will be close and refund will be done.
