My online transactions with IRCTC login that have failed have not been credited back into my HDFC bank account. The amount for each transaction of ticket booking has been debited but is not credited back even though there has been no ticket bookings made. I have sent IRCTC screen shots of the failed transactions that have not been settled and sent mails but have always got automated replies.
no action has been taken so far.
