Dear Sir/Madam,
With ref no. IRCTC #850126 and attached mails, here I would like to concentrate on below points.
This is Ashok Dwivedi from Lucknow.
I booked I ticket from IRCTC on dated 29-12 (From YPR to LJN) & The Journey date is 18-02 & the PNR no 4526077732.
Transaction ID for the ticket was 0171254700.
I booked this ticket by my IRCTC login ID lkwashok.
Unfortunately I am not interested to perform this journey at all, And I would like cancel this ticket (PNR 4526077732).
But without the physical ticket there is no process with IRCTC /Indian Rail to cancel the I ticket.
So I called to IRCTC on phone 044-25300000 and ask about to cancel the ticket.
The IRCTC personal informed that this ticket has been dispatched on 30-12 with Overnight Express Courier Limited with docket no.0408556679.
I called to Overnight courier Lucknow office on dated 15-01 five times and spoke to Mr. Rahul, But I did not get any response from them. As well his behavior was very worst.
Then I called to Overnight courier Delhi office and Spoke to Mr. Abhijeet, He assured that the above document will deliver on 15-01 only and he will inform me on my phone 9686578549.
After three hours he called back saying that the ticket has been lost and they couldnt found the ticket in the docket where as docket is available with them.
Also he assured that he will come back with solution.
I wrote a mail to Overnight courier as well IRCTC, which is attached here But I did not get any response.
On dated 16-01, I called Mr. Abhijeet on his mobile no 9313605203, for the same but he told that Courier Company is not responsible for the ticket only IRCTC is responsible for that.
Again I called to IRCTC on 044-25300000, by the time 11:00 AM some leady pick the phone and transferred the same to other leady.
She assured me that she will come back with solution, I ask her pls. provide me complain no but she told that you need not any complain no, you have already PNR no. once you tell us PNR no we will provide solution, And definitely we will call back with in two hours.
With in the hour I received an other call from Over Night courier by Mr. Mandeep ph 09313605203. He told that ticket has been lost by Courier Company, & they are ready to reimburse the total amount with in four working days As I already decided to cancel the ticket. He also asked my local contact no for Lucknow which I gave him (9889370495).
I did not receive any phone from IRCTC after that, But I receive a call again from Overnight courier by the no 011-26782898 by time 5:30 PM, with information that they will reimburse the ticket amount after the date of journey.
All above thing was happening verbally by IRCTC as well by Overnight courier no one has replied my attached mail.
Now As I bought this ticket on 29-12 and amount already paid to IRCTC Rs.1582 Rs.28.47.
As a logic I can cancel my journey ticket any time before the journey.
But since I not received the ticket how could I cancel that?
I need to cancel above PNR ticket immediately and wanted to refund my money in to my account with in 5 working days.
If the amount of cancel ticket will not deposited back to my account with in five working days I will claim to Rs. 50, 000 (Fifty thousand) as a humanity losses and for unnecessary pain.
I will also claim my phone calls amount which I used for the above discussion.
As well I will also pull those fellow to the court who ever was involved in this case IRCTC courier persons both.
Note: The above mail is not just a mail it is a notice too. If this mail will not responded with in 48 hours, It will automatic assume that both are accepting the above mail and IRCTC and courier company both are culprit. And then they are libel to pay Rs 50, 000 as penalty.
