i have booked a ticket in kesineny travels on 21 nov for hyderabd to mumbai in sleeper bus .due to some tecknical problem amount got deducted but ticket not booked. Since then I am keep calling but they did not return my money till date. Even now they are not responding me... I have some mails responded by them. Should i launch a complain against them.
