I am Vijay Kumar Pathak, working as scientific officer in Nuclear Power Corporation of India.

I got offer fro PRETI BANI regarding KERALA TOUR for one couple. I accepted the offer as mentioned my PRETI BANI but after getting the advance she claims other surcharge that is not mentioned in offer. thats why i wanted to cancle the tour.

Now she started mis-guided me . without any intimation she wants to deduct 50% of my advance money.

Now i want the same hotel/ Resort that mentioned by PREETI BANI during offer or return my Full amount without any deduct.
