Me & My husband visited naintal twice-thrice and we both are familiar about the place and each and every thing over there bcoz we have an emotional attachment wid this place. And ofcourse you would also like if you will go there, its better than massurie or any other hills station. Anyways, So we decided to spend 1 day in kampland. It is 24km away from nainital. Resorts are same as shown in official website. But the kind of service they provided us was horrible. Bathrooms were so untidy and smely that i cant even mention. Flush was not working. Gyser services was not available. They were giving the hot water by buckets (totally worse) and the reason for this was "we have solar system to make the water hot". Rubbish, we spent bloody 1500/person/night and beleive me we were not able to survive even for a single day. Infact the owner dint confirm the payment receipt and we were following up for the same. Nothing was good except the nature and view.
If you really are a nature lover and want to go above naintal nearby this resort, you can try Govt. resort or any other resort (probably the name is himalalay view). As they seemed more tidy and cheaper in price as compared to them.
