Money not refunded for failed transaction even after nearly 33 days and sending so many reminder mails

I tried to book a ticket using ksrtc online booking facility and i got two failures and my amount is deducted once from SBI bank account.

I tried to do the transaction on 03/10 around 12:10 pm.

Here is the booking details

I sent a mail around 12:44 PM on the same day (03/10) asking for refund to [email protected] and i got response around 4:55 PM, that

necessary action will be taken, that's it no response since then.
