Subject - I faced a serious issue with KSRTC (Rajahamsa Executive bus service)

On friday, August 6th KSRTC Rajahamsa Executive bus has started from the stop before the departure timing and I missed the bus. Please find the bus details below.

Bus details :

The Rajahamsa Executive bus (from bangalore to chennai) starting point from shanthi nagar 10:21 pm and KMF @ 10:30 pm

I was there at the stop ontime (10:30) but the bus had already started before the departure time. When I called up the enquiry no, I was told that the bus is in traffic and is yet to come and I waited for the bus next 1 hour. I was alone in stop till late night. Then another bus (departure timing 11:10 pm) came, and when I enquired with them, I was told that the bus had already left. The driver tried to cheat me by asking me to give Rs200 and not to escalate the issue to the KSRTC Higher officials. But since I wanted to escalate my concern I did not board the bus and the driver asked me to get down.

Another lady, who's bus was at 10:40 also had missed her bus bcoz the bus had started before the departure time.

Incase the buses are scheduled to leave early atleast the passengers should be guided properly and provided with necessary information.

Due to this indifferent behaviour of KSRTC drivers/Conductors, I neither got my ticket money back nor got another bus to board in and was left all alone in late night.

I request you to take appropriate action against this concern/issue. Looking forward for a positive response.
