I write to bring to your notice illegitimate behaviour on part of an IRCTC agent. On the 23rd day of January i booked two railway tickets for my journey to Ludhiana from Delhi on 25th January and back on 26th January. The agent charged me a commission of Rs120/- and refused to tender me the receipt of the commission paid despite several warnings.
