I made a BUS Booking to Baroda-Pune on 22nd December from Make My Trip. Booking ID: BUS50009114073393 and the amount they charged me was Rs. 2000. The booking was confirmed on the same day and I received ticket by email from MAKE my TRip. On the 23rd December I got a call from MMT saying that the Bus is cancelled and they are unable to provide another arrangment and I was told that I will be provided with a refund and was sent a mail confirming the same on the 26th December by [email protected]. I got another email from [email protected] on the 28th December stating that my refund will be processed in the next 5 working days. I called them up many times till date enquiring about the refund and was told by a bus service department that I would be given a call back by their supervisor. I have also send them my account statement 4 times but there was no response and they kept on repeating the same statement of 2-3 days.. Now 40 days are enough time that I had given them.
