Cancellation without Notification

Make my trip cancelled my travel tickets without me requesting them.

They have made the cancellation when I never even requested them.

Its so unprofessional that when I have to travel, I realie my tickets are cancelled.

I am sure Yatra provides much better and authentic service when it comes to travel booking
