Ticket not confirm

I have booked ticket through IRCTC today (Nov 09). neither i get e-ticket nor bank payment debit details. i tried 2 times. get the sme results, i dont know whether any amount debit from my SB I savings bank debit card? how can i get a ticket? i tried to book from thanjavur to chennai travel date 27 nov in rockport express
