I had booked a bus ticket with make my trip on 24 Aug. Bus Vendor was Neeta Tours and Travels.
Due to some problem bus was cancelled. On contacting Neeta, they said for online booking refund would be processed by Make My Trip.
Since then I had contacted Make My Trip for 5 times but their response was always same- ‘We have sent the mail, please wait for reply’
Last time I had talked to Jai (customer care executive) on 1 Oct. And he had escalated the call to his senior Chandan.
He had said problem would be solved in 3 working days.
Please help me in at least getting the refund.
