Refund not given and not answering

We've been booking with makemytrip for a few years and this year, we've had a very bad experience. Due to lack of coordination between domestic airlines within India and Makemytrip, one of our domestic legs was cancelled and we were never informed, which caused us to miss our international flight back, and incur a great loss to rebook all our return tickets, to the tune of Rs. 80, 000. I have been constantly writing and complaining to Makemytrip since late July and till now, we have not had our complaints satisfactorily address. Very very disappointed!
