Refund of money towards not providing the service

My Booking ID for make my Trip. is IN1110B12695. I have booked package tour for Kanyakumari from 25th Dec to 27th Dec with MMT on 23rd Oct by paying Rs 18366/- (12366 towards hotel and rest rs 6000/- for vehicle for 3 days) The vehicle was supposed tio pick me at nagercoil on 25 th Dec at 0900 hrs and then 3 days sight seeing in around Kanyakumari and on 27th Dec dropping at KK Rly station at 1500 hrs. But on 20th Dec The vendor (who was supposed to provide me vehicle) informed me that he is not in position to provide vehicle at Kanyakumari for above period due to certain reason. So I informed MMT and requested to make alternate arrangements. Suddenly on 24th Dec around 1015 hrs, Mr Dilip of MMT informed me that MMT was not able to provide us the vehicle and MMT would be refunding Rs 6000 with in 10 days by crediting money to my credit card account. But they have not done. Now since 8th January I am sending e mails to MMT regarding refund of my Rs 6000/- intrest wef 23rd Oct harassment charges but there is no response.

Now I am bringing this matter to consumer complaint on line. Please help me in this matter.
