My name is Mr. Sudarshana C. I was traveling by Maharashtra State Transport Bus From Pune (Hadapsar to Walchandanagar). Route of the bus was Pune - Indapur Via Shahajinagar (Reda). Name of the bus conductor was S.M. Biradar and her number was 26765.
i gave her 200 and took two tickets costing 174. After giving ticket she was asked me for change of 74. I gave her 70 Rs. After giving her 70 Rs she was supposed to give me 100 Rs return but she gave me 50 Rs. I asked her that by mistakenly you gave me 50 Rs instead of 100. She was shouted and used very bad language. She was refused to give 100Rs. She again and again told me that she was gave me 100 and not 50.
I asked her to check my bag if she got 100 Rs in my bag then its ok but she was refused to do that also.
And for whole journey she was used very bad words.
I was called to depo manages also. He also told her that check your cash and give me 100 Rs. return. she never gave me Rs 100. and took that 50 Rs also.
I was went to police station but police told me to go to Junction Police station (Which is 10 Km far). I was ready to go there also but all passengers requested me to not to waste their time. So i didnt went there.
I will very thankful if you will take any action on this. So that she will not do same thing with another passenger.
Her harassment was very bad.
