Yes, that is right ABTX travels (especially chennai) is a very bad option for travelling. But this is not 75 years old bus service, it is only 10 years old.
Ok... In my case, i and my friends family planned to travel from chennai to dindigul for their family function.we booked ticket in ABTX.The bus time they mentioned is 7.30PM from guindy. We booked 3 tickets. I came to boarding point at 7.00pm itself.my friend was late by 5 mins of the bus time because of heavy rain. There are 2 drivers in the bus..they scolded us with more bad words in front of womens. I have'nt got scolded by any one like that in my life... If you want to travel with very comfort and with out any disturbance like this... KPN is the best option in chennai...
All this happening, because more demand for buses during holidays... please don't choose ABTX even there are tickets available..One day My problem will come to you also...
