Had booked a ticket with Neeta Tours and Travels on 23-5 from Borada to Pune. The bus was supposed to start at 10:30. Was made to wait till 12:30, when finally was told that the bus was canceled with no alternate arrangements. They did not even refund the money saying it was booked online. I was asked to contact their booking website (www.neetabus.in). None of their mail ids get a response.
The call center guys had no clue what to do. After following up for 4 months, i contacted their office in Mumbai. They made me follow up for some more months. Till date (9 months and counting), i am still made to believe that booking online was a bad idea and i should wait for some more time to get the refund.
I think dragging them to consumer court is the only option. Pathetic service. Advice everyone to stay away from these CONers.
