Delay in time and Taking the passengers more by stoping the bus

I booked a ticket from hyd to pune on 12th, sangeeta Travels bus was supposed to start at 7:45 From Napally and reach pune by 8:00 AM, but reached by 9:45 AM and the reason is taking the additional passengers from various places by stopping the bus for more than on hour and overloading the bus by around 40% more then the seating capacity. More over throughout the journey these people don’t sit calmly. No one can sleep because of there noise
