Hello Sir,
on 23rd Feb i had booked tickets for Tirupati Darshan and Pass
from Balaji Travels, Chennai.
Owner is Mr: Mohan babu,
Mobile number of Mohan Babu: 919003176137
I made a online payment into his account, he had also sent the Bus ticket to us.
The booking was done for 01st may.
We had reached chennai on 30-apr to a hotel in T-nagar, and i tried calling Mr. Babu on phone
but his mobile was not rechable.
on 01st -may we had reached the said location of bus pickup point on time, but we din;t find the bus at all.
After trying to call him for one hour, somehow the number got connected
and i told him we are at the lcoation of bus pickup and the bus is not there.
he said the bus has already left to tirupati and now they can't pick us up.
and said the money will be refunded back.
Its 2 months now, we havn't got the money yet.

He sayd he will refund the money in next week, next wekk etc.
But then he gives some stupid excuses.
and keeps on delaying.
Need your help for same.
