NON REFUND OF CANCELLATION OF TICKET

We have booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai on 05.10.2010 through RedBus.in and subsequently cancelled the same by mail on 2nd November at 20.30 hrs. I have not received any confirmation about the receipt of the mail a reminder mail was sent on 4th November at 10.20 hrs which they have acknowledged and given transaction order No.2581849 at 10.50 hrs on the same day. But i have got a mail on 7th November stating that the ticket was not cancelled well before 12hrs time. I am attaching a file with the complete correspondence for your easy reference. I have also made a complaint mail to police commission by internet which I can send on receipt your email as the file what i am having Acrobat or words format to be converted JPG and my email id: [email protected]
