Panoramic world, Magic Gateways...
hi, i am member of panoramic resorts Magic Gateways. i have membership for 3 years (19 1 nights). and i have already consumed 1.5 year of it. and... and.. i could use only one free night a year ago.
they never had reservations... is my experience. i am club mahindra member too, panoramic sold me MG package telling you can get all bookings in only 2 days no matter of what day it is. and till now even i try to book a month before they says all booking are full.
i specially have complaints for their Thane office. It is worst, i never got cooperation from them. they shows they are very cooperative but they are only interested in getting money and references. the service was nice when Kishore Jani, yashashree and somewhat deepali, but rest now in thane office is worst specially a male booking agents in thane office.
